When do you feel connected to something greater than myself?
In my experience as a film producer and content creator, I experience a strong sense of connection in the sharing of our stories and the power to enrich one another.

Facilitation: cultivating interactive and robust learning environments that enable participants to think creatively and gain new insights into their collective challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.
Critical Race Theory: helping folks to recognize and consider how race and systemic inequities operate within our culture and society more broadly and manifest in our everyday relationships and interactions and fully weigh the potential impacts for community and institutional transformation.
Educator Development: working collaboratively with teachers and school teams to identify core challenges, develop critical skills and plan meaningful actions that positively impact students and shift school culture, climate and policies.
Restorative Justice: facilitating restorative practice spaces with communities and organizations to better ground their understanding of RJ, examine shared histories and re-imagine what it means to evolve as an institution.
