About the series
For organizations engaging in diversity, equity, and inclusion work, it can be hard to envision what the work looks like in practice for specific areas. While the work is inherently and necessarily expansive, actual movement requires that we take steps forward toward action. But there is a space between the macro and micro--the theory and the action--that many organizations can speed through or skip altogether. That space represents an area of design that engenders the necessary conditions for meaningful actions to take root and thrive.
